Oxford United will sign Leyton Orient defender Andy Whing on a two-year deal when his current contract expires this summer.
The 26-year-old right back played for Coventry City and Brighton & Hove Albion before his move to Orient in October last year.
Whing was voted Brighton's Player of the Year in 2008.
