A man is set to go on trial at Oxford Crown Court today accused of raping a woman in the toilets of the John Radcliffe Hospital.
Ian Joseph, 44, of no fixed address, has previously denied one charge of rape. The complainant alleges she was attacked in the toilets of the Headington hospital on October 30.
