OXFORDSHIRE is often seen as a quintessentially English county.
How fitting then that we are home to the site where St George is said to have slayed the dragon.
But it is amazing there are no annual celebrations for our patron saint’s day on the site. Good news then, that the Icknield Way Morris Men will dance at the site today.
Let’s get behind their idea to make it an annual celebration.
