Thomas Goodenough, 18, of Norman Way, Wallingford, admitted driving without insurance and without a licence in Wallingford on September 21. Fined £150, £15 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs. Given eight penalty points.

Charlotte Barton, 23, of Hardings Close, Littlemore, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Cowley Road, Oxford, on February 10, failure to surrender to court bail on February 25 and commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Fined £100 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Richard Kinnaird, 30, of Adelaide Road, London, admitted failing to surrender to court bail at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on January 12. Fined £50 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Mohammad Ameen, 20, of Tawney Street, Oxford, admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance in St Cross Road, Oxford, on December 15. Fined £400, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 16 months.

Michael Clark-Hadfield, 39, of Grosvenor Road, Aldershot, admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on February 10, and failure to surrender to court bail on February 25. Robert Floyd, 57, of Brookside Close, Oakley, admitted being drunk in charge of a motor vehicle in Worcester Street Car Park, Oxford, on February 12, namely having 101 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Fined £200, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given 10 penalty points.

Liam Davies, 21, of Pegasus Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with a community order by failing to attend an appointment on May 27 and failing to attend supervision on November 26 and December 3. Original offences of theft and two counts of taking a vehicle without consent resentenced. Also admitted taking a car without consent on October 15 in Oxford. Given an eight-week prison sentence but had already spent the equivalent of 56 days on remand so given a three-month curfew and told to pay £400 compensation and £150 costs.

Abdul Adan, 18, of no fixed address, admitted criminal damage of £2,000 to a glass salad cover belonging to Posh Nosh in Oxford on January 23. Also admitted failing to surrender to court bail on February 7. Fined £60, £150 compensation and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Nathan James, 30, of Churchill Drive, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Headley Way, Oxford, on February 14, namely having 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Fined £250, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £75 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.

John Loveridge, 20, of Tenacre Caravan Park, Sandford-on-Thames, admitted breaching his licence as a short-term prisoner by failing to attend appointments on January 18, 21 and 25. Fined £100, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs.

Michael Young, 55, of Woodway Road, Blewbury, admitted driving while disqualified, driving without insurance and drink driving in Woodway Road on February 27, namely having 63 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Jailed for four months and banned from driving for four years.

Phillipa De Galleani, 52, of Orchard Lane, East Hendred, admitted drink driving on the A34 on February 7, namely having 110 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Fined £800, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for three years.

Kyle Smith, 18, of no fixed address, admitted possession of cannabis (Class B) in Oxford on February 10; being carried in a conveyance taken without consent on February 11; theft of a pedal cycle in Oxford on February 16; theft in a dwelling of five Nintendo DS games valued at £125 in Oxford on February 26, and failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to work as instructed on December 31 and January 12. Original offences of theft, and two counts of possession of cannabis resentenced. Given six months’ supervision and told to do 180 hours’ unpaid work.

Sacha Godfrey, 36, of Agnes Court, Oxford, admitted shoplifting cosmetics valued at £69.53 from Boots in Oxford on February 2. Given a six-month conditional discharge. Property returned to Boots.

Delroy Johns, 35, of Bulan Road, Oxford, admitted three counts of failing to comply with three separate community orders by failing to attend unpaid work or failure to keep in touch with responsible officer. Original offences of two counts of shoplifting, having an article for use in theft and causing harassment, alarm or distress resentenced. Given a 42-day jail term, suspended for a year. Given 12 months’ supervision and six months’ drug rehabilitation.

Peter Rous, 37, of Pegasus Road, Oxford, admitted shoplifting perfume valued at £22 from TK Maxx in Oxford on December 11. Given an 18-month conditional discharge. Property returned to TK Maxx.
