Top business adviser Mike Sweeting is set to explain how to maximise the value of a company sale at two free events.
The head of partnering for merger and acquisition specialists, BCMS Corporate, Dr Sweeting will be one of the headline speakers at two events run by directors’ group MD2MD at Witney Lakes Resort in Witney on April 5 and Solarity Architecture in Kelmscott on April 6.
Dr Sweeting will outline for owner mangers how a potential buyer would value their business.
He said: “If you are a director of a privately-owned company in Oxfordshire considering exiting your business, these events are likely to help provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision about valuing your company either now or in the future.”
