Barrier repairs caused delays for drivers on the M40 in north Oxfordshire today.
Two lanes of the southbound carriageway were closed due to the repairs between junction nine at Wendlebury and junction 8A near Wheatley.
Slow traffic is reported in the area.
The outside lane of the northbound carriageway was also closed but no hold-ups were reported northbound.
Motorists were also facing delays today on the southbound A34 between the Botley Interchange and the Hinksey Hill Interchange.
