Joel Moroney, 34, of Parliament Road, Thame, admitted possessing or controlling an article for use in fraud (an altered prescription) on July 15; fraud by false representation by obtaining a prescription under the name Josh Jones in Aylesbury on June 4; fraud by false representation by obtaining a prescription under the name Josh Willing in Berinsfield on June 16; fraud by false representation by obtaining a prescription under the name Josh Jones in Aylesbury on July 1; fraud by false representation by obtaining a prescription under the name Steve Lyons in Aylesbury on July 7; fraud by false representation by obtaining a prescription under the name Josh Jones in Aylesbury on July 8; fraud by false representation by obtaining a prescription under the name Josh Willing in Berinsfield on July 15, and fraud by false representation by obtaining a prescription under the name Josh Willing in Berinsfield on August 23. Seven other offences taken into consideration. Banned from medical centres and pharmacies in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire for three months.

Carol Reynolds, 26, of Nowell Road, Oxford, admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm, obstructing or resisting a police office and assault by beating in Oxford on November 7. Given a three-month prison sentence, suspended for a year with 12 months’ supervision. Told to take part in a four-day restorative-justice programme and attend Control of Violence for Angry Impulsive Drinkers. Made to pay £400 compensation and £85 costs.

Tony Attwood, 29, of Phipps Road, Oxford, admitted shoplifting meat valued at £36.03 from Co-op in Botley on January 31. Given a six-month drug-rehabilitation requirement and nine months’ supervision.

Thomas Foster, 20, of Minchery Road, Oxford, admitted breach of licence of a short-term prisoner by not living where approved by supervising officer. Fined £30 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Colleen Cummins, 32, of Mount View, Henley-on-Thames, admitted shoplifting a handbag containing a BlackBerry, debit card, keys and camera worth approximately £600 on July 10 in Henley. iven 12 months’ supervision and told to take part in a Thinking Skills programme for 19 days. Told to pay £100 compensation.

Malcolm Plaisted, 23, of Abingdon Road, Oxford, admitted failing to attend a drug assessment on October 12; shoplifting perfume valued at £43 from Debenhams in Oxford on November 22; possessing heroin (Class A) in Oxford on October 10; going equipped for theft with a foil-lined plastic bag in Oxford on November 8 and shoplifting a book, puzzle and soft toy valued at £26.97 from Waterstones in Oxford on December 23. Given a six-month drug-rehabilitation requirement and told to pay £43 compensation and £45 costs.

Matthew Farnell, 32, of Barracks Lane, Oxford, admitted going equipped for theft with a screwdriver and spanner on August 16; and burglary of tools from a garage in Hill Top Road, Oxford, and burglary of a garden shed in Osler Road, Oxford, on August 6. Given 120 hours’ unpaid work and six months’ supervision. Told to pay £100 compensation and do a five-day Employment Activity.

Nicholas Hendon, 18, of Chalvey Road, Bicester, admitted possession of 2.69g of cocaine (Class A) in Oxford on August 20. Given 100 hours’ unpaid work.

Adam Kupka, 23, of Litten Road, Oxford, admitted assault by beating in Oxford on February 11, 2009, and failure to surrender to court bail on March 20, 2009. Given a three-month jail term, suspended for 18 months. Told to pay £100 compensation and do a four-day restorative-justice programme and 19 days’ Thinking Skills requirement.

Jason Watts, 29, of Lyndworth Close, Oxford, admitted assault by beating in Thame on December 30. Given six months’ supervision.

Daniel Bell, 31, of no fixed address, admitted drink driving on the A34 at Milton on January 26. Namely having 76 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Fined £100, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 20 months.

Deborah Collins, 47, from Swindon, admitted shoplifting cosmetics and condoms valued at £649.86 from Boots in Wantage on January 25. Given a three-year conditional discharge and told to pay £85 costs.

Charlotte Falkenau, 37, of Main Street, East Challow, admitted driving without due care and attention in East Hendred on September 21. Fined £150, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given three penalty points.

Darren Hammond, 31, of Coopers Piece, Wallingford, admitted possession of cannabis (Class B) in Wallingford on January 28. Fined £60, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Janet Kitching, 66, of Oxford Road, Cumnor, admitted drink driving in Botley, on January 15. Namely having 130 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Fined £1,500, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for three years.

Stephen Watkins, 26, of Rotary Way, Banbury, admitted making off without payment for £20 of petrol in Milton Heights. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and told to pay £20.01 compensation and £85 costs.

Haydyn Robinson, 37, of Orchard Close, Chalgrove, admitted assault by beating in Chalgrove on October 23. Given a six-week jail term, suspended for six months. Also given six months’ supervision, a year-long restraining order and a six-month exclusion requirement from an address in Druids Walk, Didcot. Also told to pay £100 compensation.

Kayleigh Copper, 22, of Farmer Place, Marston, admitted possession of a knife in public (Abbey Place, Oxford) on February 16. Fined £100 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
