IT would be easy to poke fun at Cherwell District Council for lowering the pay machines at some car parks to accommodate people with disabilities.
It may be a pain in the neck for normal motorists, literally, but if the council is so keen to get cash out of drivers with disabilities then it is only fair it does not add injury to financial insult.
