A 17-year-old boy has been charged with two counts of rape and one count of sexual assault following an incident in Church Cowley Road, Oxford, on Wednesday night.
He will appear before Oxford Magistrates today.
A 16-year-old boy who was also arrested in connection with the incident has been released on police bail to report to St Aldates Police Station on April 17.
Officers have also arrested a third teenage boy, aged 17, on suspicion of conspiracy to rape. He is in custody and being questioned.
The charges and arrests were made after a 23-year-old woman attended Cowley Police station to report that she had been raped at a property in Church Cowley Road.
