A 14-year-old girl was assaulted in an alleyway near Cattle Market car park in Thame.
She was walking towards the Lee Park housing estate at about 9pm on Monday, February 28, when a man started following her.
The attacker is described as having dark skin, but not black, in his mid-20s, 5ft 8ins, and medium build. He was wearing a black hooded top, dark-coloured jeans, black gloves and black Nike trainers. Police only released details yesterday when they began appealing for witnesses.
