THE finishing touches are being put to the top trophy for the West Oxfordshire Business Awards.
A shortlist of 22 finalists, in eight categories, was drawn up from 80 entries.
The winners will be named at Eynsham Hall on Friday, with the overall winner receiving a trophy designed by students at Abingdon & Witney College.
Witney sculptor Steve Fletcher, who made the trophy, said: “It’s been enjoyable working out the designs. There were a lot of fantastic ideas.”
The awards are suported by the district council.
The winners will be entered in the Oxfordshire Business Awards, which are back by our sister paper The Oxford Times.
