I HAVE been puzzled by the difficulty there appears to have been in clearing St Peter’s Road, Wolvercote, of Mr Kravchencko’s collection of vehicles (Oxford Mail, February 22.) Surely, this has been a classic instance of the antisocial behaviour which our Government is anxious to prevent. That his parking of those vehicles is, strictly speaking, within the law, is neither here nor there.
Plenty of antisocial behaviour can be lawful, such as planting unneighbourly hedges and trees.
His use of the roadway destroyed the amenities of living in that street for everyone else. What could be more antisocial?
