A crash involving up to six vehicles today closed the southbound M40 in north Oxfordshire.
The collision happened between junction 10 at the Cherwell Valley Services and junction 9 at Wendlebury.
Police said up to six vehicles were involved, one of which has overturned.
The barrier has been damaged, which may need to be repaired.
