THE northbound lane of the M40 was closed this afternoon at Thame as emergency crews put out a car fire.
The car burst into flames at 4.20pm between Junction 8a and Junction 9.
Fire crews from Thame and Wheatley attended the scene and the lane was reopened at 5pm. No-one was injured.
