A 14-year-old boy is being quesioned by detectives tonight after being arrested on suspicion of robbery after a woman was threatened with a hammer.
The boy was arrested after a 22-year-old woman was approached by a boy carrying a small hammer in New Inn Hall Street, Oxford, at 11.30pm yesterday. He stole a small amount of change from her handbag.
