A YOUNG artist is hosting her first solo exhibition in Oxford.
Mirren Kessling, 17, from East Hendred, has filled The Jam Factory with her pictures drawn using ink, fine-liner, print and pen.
She was also inspired by cult designer Vivienne Westwood to design a range of T-shirts.
She will be drawing live every Saturday between 1pm and 3pm, until the exhibition closes on March 6.
Miss Kessling said: “It was a bit nerve-wracking at first but the response has been brilliant.
“I have been really pleased with how everything has gone so far.”
Miss Kessling grew up in a family of artists and first started exhibiting and selling work at the age of 15.
She has since worked with the likes of interior designer Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, and recently helped him design Blackpool’s ‘Glampire’ Illuminations.
