An 18-year-old man has been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery after a 17-year-old boy was stabbed in a car park outside the Oxsrad sports and leisure centre in Marston on Saturday.

Darren Pullen, of Stanfield Road, Oxford, was remanded in custody to appear before Oxford Magistrates’ Court today.

Three other people, a 16-year-old girl and two men aged 20 and 19, who were also arrested on suspicion of robbery have been released on bail until March 21.

The victim, who suffered a single stab wound to the ribs, was discharged from the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford on Sunday.
