Police are appealing for information after a 'substantial quantity' of tools were stolen during a burglary in Carterton.
Burglars broke into a house in Black Bourton Road some time between 1pm on Friday and 8am on Saturday and stole a number of tools, including a table saw, several hand drills, a sander and an angle grinder.
Det Sgt Dick White said: “I would urge anyone who saw or heard anything, or anyone who saw any suspicious vehicles in the area at the time of the burglary, to come forward and speak to us as soon as possible.”
