Police charged a man this afternoon in connection with a fatal crash in Horspath in October 2010.
Philip Sherriff, 20, of Marylands Green, Chiselhampton, has been charged with one count of causing death by careless driving.
He has been bailed to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on February 10.
A police spokesman said the charge was in connection with a collision in Cuddesdon Road, Horspath, in which 19-year-old Sidney Spiers died.
