THE vandalism of the ox sculpture outside the Kassam Stadium is to be deplored for its pointlessness as much as anything.
We favour one of the suggestions doing the rounds that, just to spite the fool involved, the club uses the new pink sheen as a way to promote breast cancer awareness.
We only hope it does not become a target for others wanting to promote obscure interests or aims.
