Arnold Hadwin OBE, a former assistant editor of the Oxford Mail, has died aged 82.
Mr Hadwin joined the paper as a reporter and was assistant editor of the Mail from 1951 until 1964.
He later became editor of Bradford’s Telegraph and Argus, group editor of the Lincolnshire Standard group and lectured extensively on press and race relations.
