Workmen will resurface the northbound exit slip road at the A34 Botley Interchange over six nights, starting tonight.
Work will be carried out between 10pm and 5.30am and on Friday night work will begin at 10.30pm.
During the closures, drivers will be diverted to the Pear Tree Interchange.
