Ian Avery, 57, of Meriden Court, Wallingford, admitted harassment without violence in Wallingford between December 3 and 5. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £85 costs. Also given a restraining order.
Michael Carty, 46, of Wood Street, Wallingford, admitted shoplifting four cans of Kronenbourg, eight cans of Stella Artois and a bottle of Coca-Cola from Waitrose in Wallingford on December 4. Fined £60, £15.18 compensation, £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
Aaron Hennessy, 24, of Beeching Way, Wallingford, admitted theft of copper cabling to a value unknown belonging to BT in Wallingford on December 14. Fined £60, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
Michelle Purdy, 20, of Pebble Drive, Didcot, admitted drink-driving in Colwell Drive, Abingdon, on December 12. Namely having 57 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £60, £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for a year.
