Sir – Can we know how much further Abingdon Road is to be denuded of trees? I can understand the tidying up of the ‘jungle’ opposite Hinksey Park, but now I see that the very tall trees alongside the horse sanctuary are under the chainsaws. Someone please tell me that they’re not going to disappear altogether.
