THOMPSON MURDER: Weston gets 13 years minimum
VIKKI THOMPSON killer Mark Weston has been sentenced to life with a minimum term of 13 years.
Mr Justice Bean has just sentenced Weston following today's verdict by the jury at Reading Crown Court that the no 35-year-old murdered Mrs Thompson in Ascott-under-Wychwood in 1995.
Weston, of Dawls Close, was acquitted of the killing in 1996 but re-arrested last year after police found undiscovered blood stains on his boots.
He was given the mandatory life sentence with a minimum term of 13 years.
