The first council houses to be built in Oxford for 20 years were officially opened yesterday.
Five new families will be enjoying Christmas in their new homes, which are part of Oxford City Council’s £5.8m Lambourne Road development in Rose Hill.
All 38 properties should be completed by March next year.
