Coffee residue ignited and started a fire at Kraft Foods in Ruscote Avenue today.
Firefighters were called to a silo on the fourth floor of a utilities building that processes coffee at about 8.20am. An investigation is underway. No-one was hurt.
Incident Commander Malcolm Jones said: “The rapid response of the fire crew undoubtedly helped minimize the effects of the fire damage to this business.”
