For one night only, Nissan’s latest model was on show at the dealership, along with a GT-R specialist who was on hand to explain the capabilities of the exciting new car and answer questions from potential customers.

Customers were able to place orders on the night for the new Nissan GT-R and first deliveries of the car are due in March 2011. Priced at £69,950.

A new look front grille and spoiler, and a sportier interior complement the enhanced design of the new GT-R which also offers increased power output, torque and fuel economy.

A new ‘save mode’ replaces the ‘snow mode’ which optimises driving torque and modifies the gearshift schedule to improve fuel economy when driving on motorways or open roads.

Six exterior colours are available, including two new colours – Metallic Black and Daytona Blue.

Andrew Fisher, general manager at West Way Nissan in Kidlington, said: “The New GT-R is Nissan’s outstanding flagship supercar and we were delighted to be one of the first dealerships to have sight of it.

"Our invited customers, many of whom are existing GT-R owners, were really impressed with the new model. The presentation gave our guests the opportunity to quiz our GT-R specialist about every detail of the new car and gave them a really good feel for the changes that have been incorporated into the new model.”
