Police today arrested a man in connection with an armed robbery in Summertown at the weekend.
Shortly after 4pm on Sunday, a man knocked on the rear door of Pen to Paper, asking a member of staff to come outside and move a car.
The offender then entered the store, threatened a member of staff with a knife and forced him to open the safe. He then fled with about £1,000 in cash.
A 24-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of armed robbery in Oxford at about 2.30am today and is in custody at St Aldates police station.
