Chiltern Railways train services between Banbury and Stratford-upon-Avon will be suspended for the coming week, due to resignalling work.
Buses will replace trains between Banbury and Stratford from Saturday until Sunday, October 31.
Network Rail is replacing mechanical Great Western Railways signals and signalboxes in south Warwickshire with modern electronic equipment.
