A pregnant woman was taken to hospital with neck injuries after a hit-and-run.
A black Toyota Yaris, travelling towards Aston Upthorpe along Moreton Road, was involved in a collision with a vehicle travelling in the opposite direction at about 7.20am on Monday.
The vehicle, believed to be a dark coloured saloon, possibly a VW Passat, failed to stop. It will have damage to the driver’s wing mirror.
The driver of the Toyota, a 34-year-old pregnant woman, was taken to Oxford’s John Radcliffe Hospital but released later the same day.
