Police warned that Banbury police station would have reduced opening hours this weekend due to staff sickness.
The front counter will be open between 8am and 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
A police spokesman said: "If you need the assistance of Thames Valley Police outside of these hours call the non-emergency number on 0845 8 505 505.
"To report a crime in progress, call 999."
