Two units at the Staplehurst office centre in Weston-on-the-Green in north Oxfordshire have been rented out to high-tech equipment manufacturer Comtrol.
The company has taken 2,410 sq ft of high quality office accommodation providing central heating, double glazing, and car parking in a landscaped environment.
Staplehurst is a barn conversion providing four office buildings on Bletchingdon Road, just outside the village, and close to the M40 motorway.
The move follows the recent letting to public relations company Mistral, who have taken a lease on Unit 3, which is 1,430 sq ft.
John Greaves of agents Lambert Smith Hampton, said: "The fact that only one unit remains available, fully endorses our client's decision to start this development on a speculative basis.
"The final unit has excellent car parking, a private garden and quality accommodation."
