Lee McGinn, 25, of Croft Road, Wallingford, admitted £148.97 of criminal damage to a door in Oxford on August 10. Given a 12-month conditional discharge with £40 costs and £148.97 compensation.

Christopher Peake, 29, of Hagard Road, Cardiff, admitted £500 of criminal damage to glass panes and a door frame at Oxford Night Shelter on September 15. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £250 compensation.

Thomas Foster-Barnes, 19, of Minchery Road, Oxford, admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm on August 28 in Oxford, possessing cocaine and committing a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence. Sent to a young offenders’ institution for 20 weeks.

Constatin Serban, 29, of no fixed address, admitted theft of a wallet and a similar attempted theft on April 27, 2009, in Oxford, and failing to surrender to court bail on May 7, 2009. Jailed for 35 days due to previous dishonesty.

Syed Shah, 38, an inmate of Bullingdon Prison, convicted of assault by beating in Oxford on May 27. Fined £200 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Gareth Dobinson, 18, of The Lees, Faringdon, admitted using words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress on March 8 in Faringdon. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £50 costs and £50 compensation.

David Bowley, 21, of London Road, Wheatley, admitted possession of 0.8 grams of cannabis in Wheatley on March 30 and failing to surrender to court bail on August 25. Fined £150, £15 victims’ surcharge and £35 costs.

Jamila Adams, 34, of Kendal Rise, Oldbury, West Midlands, admitted shoplifting a handbag and food valued at £60.76 from Marks & Spencer in Oxford on September 6 and commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Fined £100, £15 victims’ surcharge and £30 costs.

Stewart Barker, 46, of Denham Green Lane, Denham, Uxbridge, admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Headington on February 2. Fined £50, £30 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Ray Hoare, 29, of Normandy Crescent, Oxford, admitted four counts of theft of post and two counts of attempted criminal damage to items of post in Oxford between September 17, 2009, and March 26, 2010. Given 18 weeks in jail, suspended for a year. Told to do 150 hours’ unpaid work.

Clive King, 38, of Glasshealey, Ballitore, Athy, Co Kildare, admitted being a driver exceeding the fortnightly driving limit of 90 hours, using a motor vehicle load likely to cause danger, using a vehicle with an axle weight exceeded by 15 per cent or more, and exceeding the maximum laden weight by 15 per cent or more in Abingdon on the A34 on September 17. Fined £450 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Ismail Hamis, 24, of Brampton Road, Oxford, convicted of failing to give information about a driver in respect of a parking offence in Oxford on October 15. Fined £100, £15 victims’ surcharge and £75 costs.

Dorota Jankowska, 28, of Waverley Avenue, Kidlington, convicted of failing to give information about a driver in respect of a parking offence in Oxford on March 3. Fined £100, £15 victims’ surcharge and £75 costs.

Julian Jones, 33, of Spencer Avenue, Yarnton, convicted of failing to give information about a driver in respect of a parking offence in Oxford on March 5. Fined £100, £15 victims’ surcharge and £75 costs.

George Frangulea, 20, of Dukes Avenue, Hounslow, admitted shoplifting whisky and food from Sainsbury’s and going equipped for theft in Wantage on September 17. Sent to a young offender institution for eight weeks due to previous record.

David Brain, 40, of Cotswold Crescent, Marston, admitted being a driver and failing to provide a specimen for analysis in South Hinksey on September 3. Fined £75, £15 victims’ surcharge and £25 costs. Banned from driving for 14 months.

Christopher Kent, 24, of Beech Road, Wheatley, admitted criminal damage to a front door in Wheatley on September 5. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £200 compensation and £50 costs.

Scott Green, 21, of Norman Way, Wallingford, admitted criminal damage to a mobile phone and the wing mirrors of a Renault Clio in Wallingford on August 22 and failing to surrender to court bail on September 15. Conditionally discharged for six months and told to pay £85 costs and £250 compensation.

Lee Perry, 35, of Anson Road, Great Wyrley, Walsall, admitted shoplifting Olay products to the value of £105.95 from Boots in Henley-on-Thames on July 1. Given a 12-month conditional discharge.

Aaron Fay, 30, of Humfrey Road, Oxford, admitted using words or behaviour to cause a fear of unlawful violence on April 17 in Oxford. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £50 compensation.

Sara St Clair, 57, of Hollandtide Lane, Roke, near Benson, admitted drink driving in the car park of the Bell Inn, Crowmarsh, on July 4. Had 101 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £290, £15 victims’ surcharge and £200 costs. Banned from driving for four years.
