Sir – In your columns recently someone suggested that residents’ parking permits should allow the residents to park in residents’ parking slots all over Oxford.
The zoning is stupid and no doubt expensive to administer.
How much simpler to have one resident’s parking permit within Oxford for greater flexibility and simplicity.
