A 14-YEAR-OLD girl was raped in a portable toilet at a busy birthday party, a court heard yesterday.

In a video interview played to jurors at Oxford Crown Court, the alleged victim said she was forced to perform a sex act on two men in Gagingwell, near Enstone, in March last year.

Austin Blacker, 20, of North Street, Middle Barton, denies a charge of rape.

Kevin Barry, prosecuting, said: “The party was attended by a large number of young people from the local area.

“It appears lots of people who weren’t expected or invited swelled the numbers to something in the region of 200.”

Mr Barry said the girl and a friend were in the toilet, with the door ajar, when Blacker and another man — who has not been charged — forced their way in kissed the victim, asked if she wanted to take cocaine, and raped her.

In her police interview the girl, who described herself as being “six out of 10” drunk, said she had consented to kissing the two men because she thought it would not lead to anything.

She said: “When I went to leave they pushed me and I banged against the bit by the toilet and then they just grabbed my head and made me do that. It felt horrible, like doing a wrong thing.”

She added: “I didn’t stop because I didn’t want to in case they did something.”

The girl said she managed to free herself after “about 30 seconds” and ran outside to raise the alarm.

The case continues.
