WORKING-class benefit cheats are being made scapegoats.
The worst benefit cheats are the middle class – being gifted with better education and the know-how to work the social security system to their favour and go undetected by employing the best accountants.
I would also like to know if any local farmers are prepared to swear on the Bible and say if they declare all of their cash transactions or evade paying any of their income tax?
