IT IS staggering part-time judge Recorder James Guthrie has put off the start of a curfew for a sex offender so he can go on holiday.
Mark Royall has twice propositioned paper boys and the three-month curfew imposed by Recorder Guthrie between 2am and 7am is to presumably protect others.
Is it not reasonable to worry that if the plan is to stop Royall targeting vulnerable children then he may do that in Skegness as well as Oxfordshire?
Justice should not be fitted around sex offenders’ holiday plans.
