Christopher Booth, 31, of New Street, Abingdon, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Abingdon on May 1. Given 200 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £100 compensation.

Christopher Billin, 46, of South Street, Blewbury, convicted of driving a vehicle while unfit through drugs in Abingdon on February 3. Fined £350, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs but not disqualified from driving because magistrates ruled his medication for bi-polar was increased by his GP prior to the incident and it caused him to unintentionally commit the offence.

Kenny Pinkstone, 22, of Kynaston Road, Didcot, admitted failing to comply with the community requirements of suspended sentence order by failing to attend four supervision appointments, and failing to surrender to court bail on June 21. Supervision requirement extended by three months and told to take part in the Back on Track programme for five days.

Carl Bourne, 45, of Pottery Fields, Nettlebed, admitted drink driving in Chapel Lane, Nettlebed, on July 2. Namely having 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £400, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for a year.

Calvin Souch, 37, of Divinity Road, East Oxford, admitted shoplifting a sandwich from Coffee Republic in New Inn Hall Street, Oxford, on July 8. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £3 compensation.

Mohammad Usman, 22, of Cumberland Road, Oxford, admitted possession of cannabis (Class B) in Oxford on July 3. Fined £200, £85 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Thomas West, 19, of St Nicholas Road, Wallingford, admitted shoplifting Myco scales valued at £24.99 from Clovers Discount Store in Berinsfield on November 27 and commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Fined £65, £24.99 compensation, £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Hayley Cox, 28, of Barns Road, Oxford, admitted shoplifting a bag of sweets and four cans of beer valued at £10.20 from Co-op in Templars Square on May 18. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £100 costs.
