ALICE Churchill has shown just what can be done.
It seems amazing a nurse, of all people, would smoke 40 cigarettes a day for 30 years.
Yet she finally decided to quit and is one of 3,550 who have sought NHS help in the county in the past year and were successful.
If Alice can quit then anyone surely can.
