Two men have been arrested on suspicion of wounding and grievous bodily harm without intent following an incident in Oxford.
The men, aged 20 and 19, were arrested yesterday after an incident in Magdalen Street, Oxford, where a 21-year-old American student was assaulted shortly before 10pm.
