A 26-year-old man has been arrested after a 19-year-old woman was sexually assaulted in St Giles, Oxford.
Ryan James, from Bletchley, was charged yesterday with sexual assault in relation to the offence that happened at 3am on May 13.
He was bailed to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on June 25.
