Motorists are being invited to visit an exhibition about the Highways Agency’s planned improvements to the M40/A34 junction at Wendlebury, near Bicester.

The agency plans to ease jams by building a third lane for southbound M40 traffic heading on to the southbound A34 towards Oxford.

The plans are on show at Weston-on-the-Green village hall on Wednesday, from 3-8pm, and at the Wyevale Garden Centre, off Oxford Road, Bicester, on Saturday, from 9.30am to 2pm.

The work, which will be completed in phases, is expected to start in July.
