Police have issued an appeal for witnesses following a car crash in Cowley that left a man seriously ill in hospital.
They want to speak to the driver of a dark-coloured MPV taxi which collided with a silver Ford Mondeo at the junction of Barns Road and Between Towns Road on Wednesday, May 12, at about 8.25am.
Pc Kevin Crick said: “The driver of the Mondeo is seriously ill in hospital and I need to establish how and why the collision occurred and what happened afterwards.
“Information already gathered suggests that both drivers had a brief discussion immediately after the collision.”
