A man has been arrested after an 18-year-old woman was assaulted and her baby’s pram knocked over.
The 24-year-old man was walking with the women in London Road, Headington, when she was pushed to the ground.
The pram was knocked over during the altercation, which happened on Saturday at about 6pm. The baby was unharmed.
A passer-by intervened and stopped the assault.
The man was arrested on suspicion of assault and bailed to reappear at St Aldate's police station on June 14.
