Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after an 80-year-old woman died following a collision on the M40 north of Banbury.
At about 7am on May 10, a silver Audi A4 and a black Vauxhall Meriva collided between junctions 12 to 11 on the southbound carriageway.
The rear seat passenger of the Meriva, an 80-year-old woman from Manchester, died yesterday.
Anyone who witnessed the collision, or saw either of the vehicles involved prior to the collision, should contact PC Richard Medway, via the 24-hour non-emergency number, 0845 8 505 505.
