One person has been killed in a house fire in Banbury.
Fire crews were called to the terraced property on the Hardwick estate at 7.45pm last night.
Firefighters forced their way into the home and quickly tackled the blaze. They believe the victim had died before their arrival.
Oxfordshire fire and rescue service and Thames Valley Police are conducting a joint investigation into the cause of the fire.
