TWO demonstrators who unveiled a banner from the roof of Spelsbury polling station have come down voluntarily, police have confirmed.
The two men unveiled the banner early this morning, but police negotiators persuaded them to return to street level just before Witney Tory candidate David Cameron cast his vote.
A police spokesman said no action would be taken against the two men.
