ON a recent trip to Malaysia I was impressed by the cleanliness, efficiency and beauty of its cities.
In many places I saw workers labouring through the night to complete construction jobs on roads and buildings – which are completed, startlingly quickly.
Compare that to the snails’ pace of roadworks here in Oxford!
