The A329 at Great Milton has been closed following a smash between a car and motorbike.
The incident happened at around 2.20pm today and the road is expected to be shut for another hour.
The motorcyclist suffered serious fractures and was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital.
Nobody was injured and there have not been any arrests.
